Training Facility Announced

Silicon Systems announce that a new training facility has been created.
Neil Dobson, Managing Director of Silicon Systems, says "Training is an important part of the implementation process of a product like Flowmation. We have gone through a major internal office reorganisation in order to create an air-conditioned facility in which clients can go through their training program on the system. This training facility incorporates a number of both Windows and Macintosh clients."
"Flowmation training is part of our overall professional services package and the professional services team are on hand at all points to take clients through the installation process. There are two administration courses; the Basic Administration course lasts one day and covers aspects such as the setting up of the Flowmation Portals, Companies, Users and Groups. The Advanced Administration course takes a further day and covers the creation of workflow automations that can be inserted via icons into the Flowmation web pages. Full training manuals and documentation are provided by the trainer on the day."
