Flowmation Version 4.11 Released

Although the end of the year is fast approaching there is no let up in the enhancements to Flowmation.

Customisation

In Flowmation you have always been able to customise the look and feel. This can be done on a client by client basis. So when each client logs on they will see their own company logo and colour scheme.

In Flowmation Version 4.11 you can create even more of a customised look on the login screen where you can add graphics, text or even Adobe Flash files. You could update this with news or special instructions or links to terms and conditions. The possibilities are almost endless.

Text Customisation

Now in Flowmation 4.11 you can create your own text customisations.

For example, the area in Flowmation where you can browse and search for assets is called the "Library". With this latest version you can change this to something that you think works better for you or for your clients. You might want to call it the "Assetstore" or "Image Bank" for example.

Improved Navigation

Version 4.11 brings in enhancements to the way in which you can navigate around Flowmation.

A really useful quick search facility has been added in. This appears in most of the Flowmation tables and - as the name suggests - allows you to find things quickly! So, if you open up the list of documents in the library the quick search will take you straight to the asset you are after. In the projects area, by typing the project name or reference into the quick search you will be taken straight to the project you want to get to.

Also in 4.11, the Library and Projects navigation trees have been significantly enhanced making overall navigation in Flowmation even quicker and easier than ever.
