Flowmation goes International

Increasingly, business is done across international boundaries. It may be that you have offices in different countries. Or it may be that your clients do.

If this is the case, then Flowmation now allows you to work seamlessly across those boundaries.

We can provide French, German, Italian, Spanish and Chinese versions of Flowmation. And if you want to work in a language which is not covered by these come and talk to us as we can create that version for you.

Time Zones

There is now a preference to select which time zone you are in so that the times displayed are local to the person looking at them. So for example, if you are in Berlin and a client in Tokyo approves an document at 3pm their time, you would see this as 7am Berlin time.

The time zone function automatically adjusts for changes due to daylight saving time such as Central European Standard Time to Central European Summer Time or Greenwich Mean Time to British Summer Time.

Time and Date Display

It is possible for each user to display times and dates in the format that they are most familiar with. So, in Sweden for example a date would be expressed as 2009-10-26 whereas in Australia the same date would appear as 26/10/09. A simple drop down in the user preferences enables the user to select the format they want.
