Silicon Systems Announces the Release of Flowmation Version 2.12 with enhanced Web-based Annotation

10th December 2007

Silicon Systems have announced the release of Version 2.12 of Flowmation, which greatly extends the Remote Approval functionality of their Interactive Project Management system.

In this release the web-based annotation that was introduced in Version 2.9 has been hugely extended. It is now possible to view multiple annotations at the same time and you can switch layers of annotations on and off. With the web-based annotation, all comments on a document can be seen in one central place and the fact that the annotation is all on the web means that it is no longer necessary to download and upload files.

With Flowmation it has always been possible to create your own project fields. This means that you can create your own store of information of text, numeric, monetary and other data relevant to your business. Now this has been extended to include files. If you want to store a Word document or a PDF containing a brief then you can now do this.

Neil Dobson, Managing Director of Silicon Systems explains "These are just a couple of the enhancements that we are pleased to be releasing with Version 2.12. We have been working very closely with our clients and development partners and this work as always reflects their contributions to the development process."
