The Difference

Pulse installed Flowmation in July 2007. The system is now used with the majority of their clients to streamline processes from start to finish. Clients are able to track the progress of work through the easy to use interface. Ged Williams (Production Manager) says "The whole approval process is far more efficient than in the past. Flowmation logs everyone's correspondence saving us hours. I would say the difference has been dramatic making us in the region of 30% more efficient than before we used Flowmation".

Image Libraries are also extensively used not only for our customers to be able to search and request files but also internally giving us easy access to our whole archive. In the past employees would spend hours searching for client files. Now clients do the searching and appreciate the level of service we provide. We no longer have to employ people in house with our clients as the level of communication through Flowmation has more than satisfied their requirement. This has represented a huge cost saving for the business.

The Future

Flowmation is seen as a very important tool in the future development of Pulse. With client such as Mars, RHM, Mr Kiplings and Marks & Spencer to name but a few actively using Flowmation it gives a great opportunity to expand these accounts and target new business with a unique customer focused sales proposition. It would now be hard to imagine going back to the old style of working. Not having audit trails are secure version control that our clients and us can all rely on.
